How it works:

Book your bridal consultation with either Brittany or Sara. The fee for the first appointment is $40, all following appointments are free.

Come with your family, your bridal party or alone - we have room for yourself plus three guests to enjoy the experience.

Try on our range of pre-loved and Hera Couture gowns - we explore different styles and colours with you and provide guidance around alterations.

Take photos so that there's no need to memorise your favourites

Find your prefect dress!

Alteration Partners
We will also provide you with the contact details for our trusted seamstress options to get the final alterations done a few weeks before the wedding.

The costs for alterations are in addition to the gown and are to be paid directly to the seamstress.
Purchase Policy
At our second-hand wedding boutique, we sell gowns on behalf of their original owners for a fixed sales duration. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to hold gowns for extended periods. In most cases, however, we are happy to hold a gown overnight to allow you time to reflect on your decision. Once you decide to purchase, the sales price must be paid in full within 2 working days. An invoice will be provided upon confirmation of your purchase decision.
For certain cases, we offer the option of purchasing a gown through three weekly downpayments, subject to discussion and approval. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the gown’s sales price is required to secure this arrangement.
Return & Exchange Policy
We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience while respecting the interests of both buyers and sellers. Please note that all gown sales are final, as we are selling these gowns on behalf of their original owners, and payments are remitted directly to them. As such, no returns or exchanges are permitted.
